Terms and Conditions for Scrivilo

1. Introduction

Welcome to Scrivilo, operated by Khalid Shop. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services provided through it. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity and creditworthiness.

3. BNPL Service

How It Works: Make purchases and pay in installments.

Credit Limit: Determined by your creditworthiness; you may not exceed it.

Repayment Schedule:

  • Purchases made in a month must be paid by the 16th of the following month.
  • Late payments mark your account as "outdated."
  • You have until the end of that month to clear dues.
  • Accounts unpaid by month-end may be suspended and subject to legal action.

Late Fees and Interest: Currently none, but subject to change with prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and updated information.
  • Use the App lawfully; avoid fraud.
  • Keep your credentials secure.
  • You are liable for all transactions made through your account.

5. Merchant Partnerships

  • We partner with third-party merchants to offer BNPL.
  • We are not responsible for product/service quality or disputes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • Data Collection: Personal data is collected to offer services and prevent fraud.
  • Legal Basis: Processing is based on contract or consent.
  • Data Sharing: Only with relevant third parties (e.g., payment processors).
  • Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary.
  • Your Rights: Access, correct, delete, restrict, object, data portability, and withdraw consent.
  • Security: Protective technical and organizational measures are implemented.
  • International Transfers: Protected by legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bolzano, Italy.
